Peter Ruben – Chairman

Peter Ruben graduated magna cum laude with a B.A (Economics) from Claremont College and a BS & MS (Engineering) from Stanford University. Peter’s visionary approach to business development was the driving force behind AMC from 1997 until 2008.  At that time, Peter took over as Chairman for AMC’s technology division. Peter  has an impressive track record of taking a concept and turning it into a successful business. He has been instrumental in the success of numerous start up ventures which developed into multinational companies across many industries.

Connie Ruben – President

Connie took the reigns as President of AMC in 2008 after 15 years heading up some of AMC Investments such as  Mission Packaging and Call-Us Info Inc., as well as serving as CEO for Rockwater Resort.  Connie brings over 25 years of senior management experience concentrating on Business Management, Marketing and Operations.  Besides her role with AMC,. Connie  also serves as the Vice President, Business Development of May-Ruben Technologies (MRT), the technology development subsidiary of  AMC.  

Steve Hughes – Controller

Steve brings many years of Corporate level accounting and business management experience to AMC. Steve brings the strength of his experience to the Senior Management team, from owning his own commercial construction company and being the Controller for several start up companies. His philosophy in the management of corporate governances will benefit AMC as we continue to grow in the market place and develop long term strategic partnerships. Besides being the Controller for Alberta Mining Corporation, he also acts as Controller for May-Ruben Technologies, the technology development subsidiary of AMC.
